The purpose of this website is to help you find out what houses have spaces available, and what the houses are like. You should be able to get a detailed description of the cost, features, and the people from our listings online. If one of the houses interest you, contact the person organizing the house (their information appears with the listings), and ask them your questions. If you don't see a house that interests you, you may want to start a house of your own. For that you can check out the houses for rent. Then, if you want to make it into a group house, list it on our website to help find people for the shares.

Each house has it's own way of determining what constitutes a full or half share. For the most part, a full share means that you have full access to the house for the entire summer, a half share means you have limited access for about half of the time, and a quarter share for about a quarter of the time. Sometimes the shares allow access during certain weekends, and sometimes for a certain portion of the summer. Each house will set up their own rules for what a share means, and the best way to find out the rules for a particular house is to ask the person in charge. Their contact information should be available with the listing on our website.

If there is a beach location that is of interest to you, but you do not see it listed online, please use our form to add the new location. Once you add the location, you can enter any listings you'd like for that location.
